Forever! Once you have completed the initial whitening treatment, all you need to do is a simple top-up every so often to maintain your new whiter smile!
Some patients experience sensitivity while completing the whitening treatment. The sensitivity only lasts while you are whitening and tends to settle a couple of days once whitening has stopped. We do provide you with Enlighten or Boutique sensitive toothpaste, which you will use for a couple of weeks before you start whitening to help build up against the sensitivity.
